Floor 2 – Office 8, 5800, Tel :+359-64-970 900, +30-211-7809999, Email: support@seametrix.net (hereinafter the “Company” or “We”) collects personal data of registered Users of the Website and the Software (“You”) according to this Privacy Policy.
WHEN AND WHICH DATA WE COLLECT
We collect data, such as e-mail, username, password and optionally country, first and last name, company details, telephone numbers and billing details in case of subscription. The Company also collects information from your computer such as IP address, hardware IDs, workstation fingerprint and timestamp in order to apply service licensing policies. The Company also collects information from your computer such as the number of distance requests per day, requests’ archives, time between log-ins the amount of support data being used for optimization purposes Your IP Address is stored for technical reasons, as well as for system security reasons of seametrix.net (server, data base etc), while at the same time it is used for internal company and various statistics. We may also process your name, email address and your request if you contact us using the website’s contact form. We DO NOT collect NOR KEEP credit card information. The data you provide is securely kept in the servers of the Company, which fully complies with all current legal obligations regarding their processing. Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred in other companies within EU in order to process your payments.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The purpose of your personal data processing is mainly to ensure the safety and the efficient functioning of the Services provided to you, i.e. the purpose for which you subscribe. Your data is specifically collected in order to grant you access to the Services and it is being processed for the purposes of protecting our copyrights (control of copy attempts) and improving our Software and Services. In some cases the purpose of processing your personal data is to promote our products and services to our users, as well as to fulfill the Company’s legal obligations. WAY OF PROCESSING
Your personal data is forwarded and stored on our server(s) within EU, and your Transaction data, including your billing details, is transferred to PayLane Sp. z o.o. (Poland) in order to process your payments. We do not transfer your data to any other third party. Your data remains stored on the Company’s servers, for as long as the user account is active and for as long as defined by the applicable tax or other laws. In case you are not a registered user, your data remains stored for the time period that is necessary for the processing purpose, ie until the purpose of contact is completed or until you oppose to the sending of newsletters to you. The processing of your personal data, as described above, is necessary for the provision of the Services according to the Terms of Use. Regarding the contact form and newsletters, the processing is necessary for this kind of communication between you and the Company. Without the processing of these data, your use of the Services or this kind of communication will not be possible. You may see advertisements of our services in other websites and social media like facebook, linkedin etc. This is because your settings to these social media permit collection and use of your data for targeted advertising. Your data is not transmitted to us from these providers. We have set only general criteria for our advertising audience and these providers send our promotional material to the audience matching these criteria without giving us specific personal information about you.

In each e-mail you will have the option to delete your e-mail from our recipients list (opt-out).
