We collect data, such as e-mail, username, password and optionally country, first and last name, company details, telephone numbers and billing details in case of subscription. The Company also collects information from your computer such as IP address, hardware IDs, workstation fingerprint and timestamp in order to apply service licensing policies. (Poland) in order to process your payments. We do not transfer your data to any other third party. Your data remains stored on the Company’s servers, for as long as the user account is active and for as long as defined by the applicable tax or other laws. In case you are not a registered user, your data remains stored for the time period that is necessary for the processing purpose, ie until the purpose of contact is completed or until you oppose to the sending of newsletters to you. The processing of your personal data, as described above, is necessary for the provision of the Services according to the Terms of Use. Regarding the contact form and newsletters, the processing is necessary for this kind of communication between you and the Company. Without the processing of these data, your use of the Services or this kind of communication will not be possible.
